Tom Fanning, as the surveillance proved, is a heterosexual male. Alabama Power CEO Mark A. Former Federal Judge Abdul K. Kallon has fled Birmingham and gone to one of the farthest places away from the cesspool of Jefferson County, Alabama: Seattle, Washington. Kallon joins Perkins Coie as a partner, according to a news release. In April, he announced his abrupt resignation; Kallon cited the usual “family time” excuse.
