Eye of Federal Investigators? Crosswhite, Drummond Family, and Balch’s Biggest Stooge
All that was missing was a brown paper bag. On Friday evening, 48 hours after the original filing, the Alabama Supreme Court denied Drummond Company’s emergency motion to stay discovery in ex-Drummond executive David Roberson’s $75 million civil lawsuit. Depositions, production of documents, and discovery shall proceed in the rebirth of the North Birmingham Bribery Case. The uncontrolled panic continues. Rebirth Causes Uncontrolled Panic in Past 48 Hours; Scrutiny Escalating
We are not surprised by the uncontrolled panic exhibited by Drummond Company and Alabama Power in the past 48 hours caused by the rebirth of the North Birmingham Bribery Case. But still, the developments are stunning. On Wednesday evening, Drummomd Company filed an emergency motion to stay discovery in the rebirth case with the Alabama Supreme Court before the local judge in Jefferson County had even ruled on their emergency motion. The Drummond Saga Gets Thicker at Every Turn; Possible Criminal Indictments?
The Admissions and Denials by Roberson indicate more stones need to be overturned. Last week, we, the CDLU, strongly suggested that Balch & Bingham, Drummond Company and Alabama Power look at the rebirth of the North Birmingham Bribery Case from a long-term, bird’s-eye, big picture perspective. Balch’s Laughable Publicity Stunt Boosts Discrimination
Balch & Bingham reserves the right to discriminate and exclude minority-owned businesses based on unknown requirements and determinations. The public and legal community are roaring with laughter. Embattled law firm Balch & Bingham has launched the biggest publicity stunt since their chicken leg pazoola, and again Balch’s objective of rehabilitating their image is failing miserably.
