Three blind mice appear to have joined the silk-stocking law firm of Balch & Bingham.

Balch was blind to the criminal acts of convicted felon and Balch-made millionaire Joel I. Gilbert  and may have thought they were immune until the federal indictments were handed down last year by a Grand Jury and successfully prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney George Martin. Guilty on all six counts including bribery and money laundering.

Balch was blind to the repercussions of targeting poor black children in North Birmingham (92.5% African-American) and an elementary school in Tarrant (95% minority and predominately African-American). Instead of Balch apologizing for the conduct, a media campaign justifying the abhorrent conduct was launched by unknown individuals.

Balch was blind to the alleged criminal and unsavory conduct in the Newsome Conspiracy Case and thought their “glorious victories” in a secretive, unconstitutional, Star Chamber would bring the case to an end. Having provided abundant fuel for a massive civil RICO act, Balch still believes they will never, ever be held accountable.

The three blind mice are named Arrogance, Hubris, and Impunity. And everyone is wondering, will RICO finally cut off their tails?
